Return & Refund Policy

Our return policy depends upon the condition of the item.

Defective items may be returned for an exchange, return, refund or upgrade within 10 days from the date you received it. Special order items are non-returnable.

Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the accessories and documentation that were included when you received it.

For Non-defective items, you may return it within 10 days from the date you received it. However, 10% restocking fees will apply. All return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

To be considered eligible for return, all orders must be postmarked to ‘Shri N V Marketing Inc ’ within 7 days of a customer receiving their order.

‘Shri N V Marketing Inc ’ will only accept returned products that are in good and unworn condition. ‘Shri N V Marketing Inc’ has the right to deny the issuance of a refund to an order that is believed to be previously worn or damaged.

- Return would be acceptable if:

  • The item delivered was damaged.
  • The item delivered was not as described at the time of purchase.
  • The item ordered does not fit to size.

Item should be returned in original packing. We recommend using a reliable courier services to ease track of order.

‘Shri N V Marketing Inc’ will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the good(s) during transit. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, it would result to billing or non-refund of the amount equivalent to the loss or damage. The return will be closed within 10 days from the day we receive the item(s) to be returned from you.

We allow cancellations if the order has not been shipped for a full refund minus credit card processing fees, if applicable.

Cancellations

  1. If an item is cancelled prior to shipment, refund of the same would be made in the mode similar to payment done. However, if the request for order/item(s) cancellation is placed after it has been shipped, we reserve the right for the approval of the cancellation.
  2. In case of cancelling a COD order, please do so within 6 hours of placing it, post which it will processed and shipped.

  4. If the mode of payment was cash, the refund will be made through NEFT transaction.
  5. If the payment was made via credit/debit card or via net banking, the amount would be credited to the same account from which the payment was made. (Payment Gateway)

We allow cancellation if the order has not been shipped. Refund amount will be minus credit card processing charges.
